So my favorite yoga studio in Rome is Zem wich is located next to Piazza Navona.
They host classes, trainings, events and retreats, also available on zoom since covid hit.
This is where I met Emily who's been on my On point podcast where we talk all things yoga and Rome, she's
such a babe,

We were asked about our fave roman pizza places so I've linked some of them below. They're really close to Zem too, which is a + (Yoga and pizza, then gelato = finito! or better yet; Samādhi a blissful super consciousness state, lol)
